Verizon wireless has always had the highest ranking on the lets talk users satisfaction polls.

Verizon wireless usually ranks around 3.3 out of 5 and the next closest competitor is usually somewhere around 2.8 or so.

There's two main reasons for this, one is Verizon wireless has been around the longest of all the cell phone companies meaning they have more equipment which equals better coverage.

Second they have good customer service, I've had them for 4 years and their only outpoint is the bill can be a little confusing.
